The nose is complex and original: peony, graphite, fireplace, cachou, cocoa powder. The palate is velvety and enveloping. But the finish remains invigorating and fresh.

Food and wine pairing: rack of lamb with thyme, grilled beef.

Serving temperature: 14-16 degrees
